Look for broken wires or looses connections associated with the motor that isn't running. I would also contact the manufacturer for assistance.

I have installed a new blade in my circular saw R32021 and the blade stalls even before I begin to cut wood

by stalling do you mean that the blade stops spinning or the motor stops turning
if the blade stops spinning then the mounting bolt for the blade is not tight enough
if the motor stops spinning , junk it and get a new unit

The blade brake is not working on my miter saw.

Clean your saw ! Use your air compressor with an attachment to get back in the nooks & crannies, blowing all the caked up sawdust out.

My S107g worked great for a week but then the top blade just stopped moving. The lower blade is spinning away and the top one sits there limp. What's going on?

well firstly you still have warranty on it, get them to replace it..

the blades are controlled by a motor and a gear system in the helicopter itself. The gear is broken or the motor is wedged in by the gear. or simply burnt out, You will need to open it to unwedge the gear and if it spins when you turn the gear, you need to replace the motor. Both blades use separate motors that's what allows it to trim (turn) when one set spins faster than the other, It goes straight when both blades spin at the same speed.

Do i need to replace blades? they spin but no longer grind

yes theres two posible solutions

first unplug any thing when working on it (be smart)

1st check to see if the blades are on right sometimes somepeople take the blades off and put them back on wrong sometimes theres a guild so the blades sit right sometimes not

2nd if that dont fixya up then yes the blades are bad simply replace them. and long as it turns it works

to help from having to replace the blades alot simply clean them and oil them light coat of veg. oil works and store them in a paper towel i hope this info fixya right on up

I have a 36" simplicity

There are two safety switches that work off each other when the blades are engaged. The seat switch and blade engage switch. Someone has to be in the seat when the tractor is not in neutral and or when the tractors blade engage lever is engaged. Other reasons for the tractor dying would be that the blades are hitting the deck. That could be caused by bent pulley shaft or bent blades or even a bent deck. First check the blades and make sure they spin freely by turning the tractor off and the blades are not engaged and spinning the blades (with gloves on so you do not cut your self)
Test the blades by measuring on side of the blade to the inside of the deck then rotating the blade 180 degrees and meandering it again (same side of blade 1st time measuring the blade is pointing towards the outside of the deck 2nd time of measuring the blade it is pointing to the inside of the deck). Do the same to the pulleys. If the blades are bent you may want to check the pulleys as well. sometimes both may be bent and the cost of replacing bothe is not worth it. You may want to check with a service repair person. If I can help further please contact me

Blade won't spin

Check the blade with it off the base and make sure that it spins freely. Check the spindle on the base and see if it feels hard to turn. If the spindle turns too easy , then the connection inside the base is broken and needs replacing.

Hi all. i have a circular saw which spins the blade ok untill th blade touches a surface. the blade then stops spinning but the motor carries on without stopping. i have removed the blade and i can touch...

If its a direct drive side mounted then the shaft has broken away from the motor. If is a worm-drive then your gears are worn. Either case, fixing it would cost more than it's worth, but more importantly, nothing is worth more than a safely operating circular saw. My suggestion is to ditch it and buy a new one as an insurance policy.
