Need a color coded wiring diagram of the timer M460-G for the GE electric dryer DSXH43EAOWW

All GE dryers have a wiring diagram inside the control panel on the left side as you stand in front of the dryer. It should show the wiring in black but with color coding listed for each wire. If yours is missing I will try to locate a copy. SearsPartsDirect use to have some wiring diagrams on their parts site.

Need to replace- looking for a package insert to identify the wires exiting the back of the switch

Brand of dimmer? All my Lutron dimmers have 3 or 4 wires, and if it's a simple stand alone, it's two black wires and a green one. green is ground, the others go one to hot, one to the lamp.
If you have a white one and a black one, black is "hot", white goes to the lamp.

What does o/w mean in a 2001 heritage softail wiring diagram?

That is the abbeviation used for the color of the wire. Yours is an orange wire withe a white tracer line going around it. IMPORTANT*
Do not confuse o/w Orange with a white tracer line with w/o White with an orange tracer wire. The first letter in o/w will stand for the primary color of that wire, in this case Orange.. It will be a bit thicker width on that wire. The second letter, in this case White, will stand for the tracer color, look closely, the tracer line is thinner than the primary line. This is so you can more easily trace wires on your bike. There will be more combinations of colors used on your bike, but they will all follow the same rule. Primary color is the first letter and is wider or thicker/ Tracer line is the second letter and the line will be thinner than the primary.

I have a intermatic ET1125C I have 30 amp fused load coming in,how EXACTLY do I wire it in and TWO independent outs for load 1 load 2 ? The diagrams are confusing I need to know color wire to #1-6 on the...

10-22-12
Intermatic ET1125 240Volt, two independent circuit Wiring absolutely shows on following link: Wire colors can vary. 240Volt line can be black-white, or red-white, or black-black. Non-code wiring can be white-white.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Intermatic-ET-series-timer.html#1125

I have no idea what color wires you have. Or if circuit tests for 240V.
Include a photograph of your wiring, and list showing voltage on each wire, and color of each wire, and description where each wire comes from.
You should have two Hot wires L1 L2 coming from 30 amp breaker.
And 2 wires going to each Load (light, fan, motor).
Wire size should be at least 10 gauge.

Turn power ON, stand on dry boards, tape tester leads to wood sticks, and test each wire to bare ground.
240Volt circuit will have two hot wires.

Need capacitor wiring diagram

No model number gotta shoot from the hip on this one:

The cap has 3 sections: Herm for compressor, F for fan, and C for common.
The common section of the cap gets a hot wire off the power cord, a wire from compressor marked C on compressor and a white common wire from the fan gets connected to C on that cap. These wires are almost always white in color on American OEM. The fan has a small brown wire that connects to F on tha cap. The compressor has a wire marked S on it make a note of that color wire and connect it to the section on the cap called HERM. Herm stands for hermedtically sealed compressor. So both your commons and a hot wire go to C. You need one small brown wire which goes to F from the fan. One wire marked S on the compressor goes to Herm for compressor starting. S stands for start winding.
Lets look at typical American fan motor wires: The fan has a black wire for high speed a blue wire for medium and a red wire for low. It has white wire for common, and a brown wire for capacitor. Connect your common fan wire to common and the brown wire to F.
With that cap properly connected basically all you would need to do to make it run is connect a fan speed, the compressor wire marked R for RUN, and and the other power wire.

Lost in the wiring :(

Hi bossman9628A, normally its the wire colors that messes everyone up when trying to connect the front case wires to the motherboard. The MSI RX480 Neo2-F, AKA MS-7151 MB is no different but does use a second set of pins just to help you get more confused.
Gather up all your case wires. You'll notice there is one color that is common. Chances are that color is white & is being used for the ground wire. Other colors like blue, green, red, light blue, light green & light red ECT are used for positive. The speaker uses black for ground/negative.
So looking at JFP1 at pin 1 is positive +. Pin 3, which is to the right of pin 1 is negative -.
The manual does show you which pin is negative & which is positive. Pin 1 = (HD_LED_P). The _P stands for positive.
Pin 3 = (HD_LED_N). The _N stands for negative. Do not connect the Power led at JFP2. Keep the power led connected at JFP1.
Do connect the case speaker at JFP2. Most cases do use 2-pin connectors but others use 3 & 4 pin connectors. If your case is such you can remove a wire from a connector by using a decent needle. There is a small black tab that you can pull towards your self while pulling the wire out. You can than slide the wire back into the connector where you need it. You'll know the wire is inserted correctly because you'll hear or feel it snap into the connector. If by sme chance you get a led backwards, don't freak out. The leds use 5v DC. Just shut down the system & turn that led 180deg & reconnect it.

Good luck bossman9628A!
