You have to much on the circuit, you need to have a circuit put in just for your treadmill. That is why you keep popping the circuit, it not hard to do just look in your panel and see it you have a open slot ,it so go to lowe's and get you some 12-2 with ground and a 10amp breaker, and a outlet box cut a hole in the wall the size of the box and then drill a hole in the floor. Push the wire down and the go under the house and pull it too the panel you will see a pipe with wires running up it , or just use the outlet for the mircrowave .

Nautilus t315 treadmill. I have recent bought as used one and after using it for a short period today,it tripped the fusebox/circuit breaker after making a pop noise. It not no longer runs the belt

Seem like you got major issues. You probably need a few different parts. Your controller seem to be faulty caused by a worn deck and belt. Al three need replacement it seem.

Why did my treadmill stop abruptly while in use?

Your assumption is correct, if you have a household circuit breaker popping, you have a short or over current situation. If you have too many other things plugged into the same circuit you could be overloading that breaker. Depending on how your home is wired, you could have a few (older homes may have quite a few) outlets feed by a single breaker. If you have used the treadmill in that outlet (with the same items plugged into that circuit), the breaker it's self MIGHT be going bad (popping at too low of current).

For safety, inspect the power cord, for any damage, and be replaced if there is any.

If the power core is undamaged, I would try plugging the treadmill in another circuit. Choose an outlet that was not affected when the breaker popped. It you use an extension cord to get to another outlet, be sure it's rated for enough current. If it still pops the same breaker it's the same circuit, and you need to plug it in somewhere else (probably in another room). If a different breaker pops, then the short in in your treadmill. At this point you will need to know something about electricity to further isolate the short.

Something in the mechanism is bound up from a motor if used to the electrical power supply used for other features---don't keep tripping the breaker or sooner or later you will have smoke.

How do you reset the nordictrack c2200

Connect the power cord on the NordicTrack treadmill firmly to a working power source if the treadmill does not operate. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor, available at most hardware stores, and plug the treadmill into a grounded outlet. Look at the "Reset/Off" circuit breaker on the treadmill base and wait five minutes before pressing the switch if it has popped .

Treadmill shuts down and trip off the power outlet when you change the speed

outlet-breaker may be to lower for machine and or may be other things on same circuit lamps, refrigerator, fans etc try a different outlet with nothing else on circuit and at-lest 20 amp breaker ---if power is good than motor in threadmill might need servicing oil or adjustment

Circuit pops after 10 minutes.

the walk belt may be worn or it may just need to be lubricated.Feel the underside of the belt,if it feels fuzzy it is worn,if it seems ok you can purchase treadmill belt wax at stores that sell treadmills or do an on line search for it there are many websites who sell it.

Treadmill stops running

I had simillar problem. I have proform 830 QT. My trademill stops after 10 minutes of work out. Everything shuts down and the circuit breaker pops out.

Root cause:- no lubrication under walking belt. Caused the moter to over work (over heat) and hence te circuit breaker popped out to prevent blowing of motor.

Solution:- Apply the lubricant under walking belt and adjust the belt tension if needed.

Back ground:- Contact proform customer service at 1-888-533-1333 ( and buy the treadmil cleaning kit or lubricant kit which comes with a wand for easy application. It may cost you 35 dollars including shipping. If you need to fix your treadmil right away, use NAPA silicon spray 8300. Proform actually tells do not use it as it may damage your belt. However the specialst who came to fix my treadmill just sprayed it and collected 100 dollars. When I called proform they told me lubricating will fix it and its my mistake to not trust them. I guess they knew exactly what they were saying.
