Fan on air cleaner blows out top but does not suck

If air is blowing out - it most assuredly is getting in. The area of the intake make be large enough for you to perceive air being sucked in.
Make sure ALL filters are clean. Remove and replace disposable filters or wash and replace permanent filters. Do this for pre-filters too. Then, try again.

What type of refrigerant is R22 ?

R22 is the older version of refrigerant, discontinued several years ago as it was found to be an ozone depleting agent. It is no longer available for any type of commercial use. Was used in refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. The new type is R134a, and is available anywhere. Most systems can be converted to R134a without much modification, some of the more aged systems, just have to be replaced with a newer unit or appliance.

New furnace, Water In Induction Motor, Yellow Flame

The problem is too much gas as opposed to not enough air. It is still running rich. Did you take into account the elevation of the location your furnace is installed at. The higher above sea level the less air that you have to aid in cumbustion. The condensation is from excess gas being cold and causing water to accumulate. Can you run it like this? Yes but it will cause issues with soot and carbon deposits. It will also cost you more money in the long run.

I have Ionic Breeze SI730. Won't turn on.

You could try some appliance repair shops. If you are able to solder the loosen wire , do so. but the ball-baering coming offf indicates a serious problem within the motor. Look in your yellow-pages for electric motor service. They could help replacing the baearing. But do not be surprised if you didn't get the bearing replaced. Those small appliances are meant for "disposable" use.

Screw top stuck

Sit on the top, and pull on the handle very hard. It will pop off, and most likely not break.
Then you will need to take the nut off with some pliers, and glue it back into place.

Most likely some water got into your filter at some point, and it rusted. Making it nearly impossible to screw out. So when you turn the top it spins the nut instead of screwing out. Mostly due to the circular type nut that Honeywell poorly chose.

Ionic Breeze Quatra

Check online to see if you can purchase just the replacement parts and fix it yourself. Chances are, however, you might be forced to send it to the manufacturer to get it repaired.

Check your local stores (WalMart, Target, etc) in the luggage area and get one of those power converters that you use when you travel to a different country. I wouldnt leave home without it. it pays for itself when you consider how much stuff you can literally destroy and cook off because the voltage is different than what it is here in the USA.
