Does not work.

Bought it a long time ago, but hasn't worked almost immediately after. Want to use it now, but how do I get it to operate?

I think this is pertaining to a printer you bought a long time ago? With that in mind....there are soooo many things that could come into play when troubleshooting such a basic question, but I will be general and brief with some of the most identifiable problems that you may be experiencing.

Make sure that the printer is correctly plugged into the electrical supply and to your computer.

Make sure the printer software is correctly installed on your computer.

Click start....click control panel....click printers and devices....look to see if your printer is listed as an installed device....make sure it is the default printer on your computer, (it will be indicated as default by a green checkmark or some other symbol). to access the properties of the printer to change it's default condition...right click on the printer icon that represents your printer. change it to be the default printer if it is not.

The power button on your printer has to be on to be able to see your printer on your computer screen.

Check to see if it works.

If not....do you hear the printer working at all when you try to print?

If you do....check your ink cartridges and if they have been sitting a long time...you can try to clean gently with a q-tip and alcohol. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer to do this. If still no printing...replace the cartridges.

good luck and I hope I was helpful.

Your request to add a contact has taken longer then expected to complete . the operation may have succeeded . please check your messenger list. how can we solve this problem ?

Welcome to the annoyances of Yahoo. From time to time they will be doing updates or fixes and things like this occur. Basically you have to be patient and wait a few days to see if it took it and then try again if it hasn't saved it.

Yahoo for the most part is pretty good. It does do weird and annoying things about once a year or so. I've ended up with emails from 6 months ago as well as your problem. Usually 2-3 days later it works just fine again. Sometimes a bit longer but it always ends up working when they finish what ever they were doing.

I bought the amp a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly for a couple of days and then for some reason the controlls just froze. the tap tempo light went out and the channel control light stayed the same...

Exercise your warranty IMMEDIATELY since you just bought it! If you bought this used, you LIKELY bought someone else's problem. The problem is likely in the digital effects area... probably a bad cable contact... but if under warranty DO NOT mess with it... return it for replacement or repair.

I bought a Vizio sound system 5 days ago! The sound works, but light will not come on. Any thoughts on why?

If you just bought it 5 days ago and your having an issue I would recommend returning it immediately. That is your best course of action if you believe the product is defective.
thank you,

My 12inch speakers work in my house but when I hook them back up to my truck they dont work . My amp used to have a red light on it but now it doesnt work i bought a new amp and speakers and still nothing...

Could be a number of things. Check all the fuses (the power wire, the amp). Make sure your ground wire hasn't worked loose. Make sure your remote wire hasn't worked loose either (sometimes vibration causes loose crimped wires to come out behind the head unit). Happy Hunting

Crackling noises while tv is on

We had a TV that did that once and the TV repair man said it was a CRT leak which is flamable. So you may want to be careful with it.
