VOLUME IS STUCK ON ONE LEVEL
Buried in the menus should be a prompt for variable or fixed volume control. Consult your user manual that came with the set. If this does not work there may be a fault with the uPC or the factory level firmware. Only and authorized service rep would have the setup to verify this and correct it, if this is the case.
