Russia recently started to closing all restaurants a few years ago due to the food no being fit for human consumption - propably something more political though. That said I dont think its just the vegan movement that cares what they eat (or what their kids eat) - McDonnalds has always been seen as the worst our society has.

My 2003 Mazda mpv back sliding doors (both sides) won't automatically open when I press the button.they will close when I hit the close button but that's it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

Got kids? Juice gets spilled along those tracks and with cheerios and mcdonalds fries they get gunked up good. Check the tracks and under the floor too.

I want to be a strict vegetarian, what foods should i avoid?

Seriously, you want to be a vegetarian but you don't know what to avoid? Generally, you'd avoid meat, fish & poultry. Vegans, however, avoid more than just certain foods. It's more like an ideology.

Here you go, vegan utopia:

Happy trails.

The sunroof won't electronically close. How do you manually close it?¿

To close the sun roof, try to push the close button then use your hand to force it in the direction it closes. It will begin to operate little by little till it closes completely. If it does not close that way, then you will have to apply a little force in closing it up with your hand it the direction it normally closes. If it is too stiff, do not force it, in order not to damage it.

Try use a clothing material to cover the sunroof after parking. That should work temporarily, then get the switch fixed.

Hope this helped.

I have a new Sears 315mhz garage door opener and the door fails to reverse when an object is placed under the door

It sounds like the force adjustment may be set too high. Check this:

The force adjustments control the pressure used to open and close the door. A new garage door opener from the factory is set to the lowest possible force adjustment. If you have a properly balanced door, the forces required to open and close the door should be minimal.

The force adjustments are usually located on the rear of the garage door opener and/or under one of the light lenses, If your opener has two lights. If you have lights on the side of your opener, the force adjustment will be located under the right light lens. The force adjustments are labeled with an arrow indicating open or close and numbered 1 to 9, with one being the lowest force and nine the highest. The force adjustments can only turn 260 degrees, or ¾ of a complete turn. Changes to the forces should be done in 10-degree increments. Please remember that too much force will interfere with the proper operation of the safety reversal system. Do not increase the force beyond the minimum required to close the door. Do not use the force adjustments to compensate for a sticking, binding, or unbalanced door.

Sliding door stuck partially open

You would get to the door mechanism from inside the car. Yes the handle inside will have a screw or two. The inside paneling is held on with hidden poppers. The plastic of these will be brittle by now so you will break some pulling it off. You can get a sort of mini crowbar with a handle for leavering these off. Inside you will find the door sealed with polythene stuck down with sticky glue, peal that back to get to the mechanism. You will be able to operate the rods and whatnot. I expect a rod has fallen off.
