Go to the laptop maker's web site and look for a restore CD.
If you don't find one there, send them an email and explain your problem.
A Google search with the laptop make and model and the words "restore CD" might work.
Last resort is format the hard drive and re-install the Operating system.
Most laptops do not come with an OS cd, but the license key is on the bottom.
Here is a link to various Windows operating systems you can use with your CD key.
Download the appropriate Windows 7 .ISO file which includes Service Pack 1
(Note: must match what your product key version is for)

Need to reset my nobi notebook to factory settings

If you just require you operating system to be reset and remove all data then put your operating system disk in and boot up and install again. Please be mindful the this will not put any other none windows programs back on, microsoft office etc. you will need original disks or a full backup to do this and you will lose all data. If you want to reset your bios the factory setting only, then boot up from cold and press f2, delete or F12 according to your machines screen display before it gets to boot up windows. look though the tabs until you find the 'reset to default' listed, click, save and exit. Job done! Hope it helps

Operating system not found

Unfortunately, Acer PC's do not come with an Official Microsoft Install Disc, however, you should be able to reset the computer to its original factory setting(s), by pressing either F10 or F11 at the initial start-up of the computer, not the start-up screen of the operating system. If this does not work, even though it should as long as you have not altered the HDD internal disc drive to the point to were you would have removed this factory installed reset function. In the event that this setting is not found or available, one other option is to connect an external CD/DVD-ROM Drive to the computers USB port load a copy or an original Microsoft Install Disc into the CD/DVD-ROM Drive. Turn your PC on and at the initial start-up screen of the computer, not the operating system start-up, access the computers bios screen, or boot order screen and adjust the computers settings to boot initially from usb port/external hard drive/CD?DVD-ROM Drive. If your computer allows you to do such, you should be able to re-install the operating system, be it the same or a newer windows version or some other type. NOTE: If you have the know how, you can download free operating system online for free, and creat your own "boot-able" flash drive...

First:
In order to get your router back to the original settings, you must push in the reset button (usually on the back of the router) for somewhere between 10 and 30 seconds depending on the router. You may need a pin or something small to push in the button, because it can be recessed. Once you have reset the router, the username and password will be changed to the defaults, admin and password, respectively. One thing you must remember is that resetting the router will change all of the router settings back to the factory settings. This means you will lose all of the changes you made since you got the router. Make sure to write down any things you've changed, so you can change them back after the reset. Also, I recommend updating to the latest firmware after the reset.

Second:
There a great article at General Router Setup.

Where can i download software for resetting my laptop back to original manufacturer settings

Hi, In this case to reset the laptop to original factory condition there are no softwares however your computer would be having a software built onto a partition on the hard drive which you could access by tapping the F11 or Alt+F10 key as soon as you turn on the laptop and you would get the Gateway recovery management window wherein you would need to select the option "Restore system to factory defaults".Or else you could also use the set of CD's that you had got with the computer. Note:-When reseting to factory defaults all the data on your computer would be deleted so please do take a backup of all important information before performing the steps also make sure all external devices are unplugged from the laptop.
Thank you for your patience and best wishes for your effort.
