Question about Apple Computers & Internet
When I plug it in it does charge but I don't know what to do to back it up to the cloud and sink it to laptop and Apple tablet. When I used to back up the phone to the MacBook Pro I thought all I did was plug it in. I plugged it in now and it is charging but I don't see it in the Finder so I could start the backup.

You can back up your iPhone with iTunes on your computer, however, you are not allowed to view the backup contents on your computer. And iTunes won't allow you selectively back up your iPhone data, so I recommend you an iTunes alternative named AnyTrans. This guide will help you a lot. a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
