Step1: Check printer is powering on or not., if not check the adapter.
step2. Any error lights are blinking on panel?..check
step3: Cartridges are conditioned or not?.. if not,replace them..
step4: If every thing is fine, check for copying..if copying happens properly..go to next step.. or else go to step2 and check once again properly..
step5: check proper drivers in system., or else
step6: un install existing drivers.
step7: connect usb cable check for new hard ware found popup.. if not check usb cable..
step8:Install full feature drivers from below said link:

I think the printer is not installed properly into your system, i would suggest you that first uninstall the printer drivers and then try install the drivers, and about settings, after installation that would create the default printer icons on your system, use those icons to print or scan documents. please let me know that helps or not

HP DESJET 694C - NO LONGER PRINTS IN COLOR - TRIED SEVERAL CARTRIDGES, CLEANED PINS, ALIGNED AND REALIGNED - NO CHANGE.

Did you checked Printer Settings? May be option is check Marked that "Always print in Gray Scale" if yes then remove check mark.

Disconnect printer from computer and Try to press resume copy or start print button for 5 seconds to start Test Print directly from printer. it prints in color then there definaly a setting problen in your computer printer settings.

Last Option is to check or replace print head.

F380 connected to airport express - usb /cannot print

Look for the drivers for F300 series - you may need to download them from HP's site. They're generic, but they work - unless you're trying to print through Airport!

Hi , prnter does not respond within a few seconds , the printing jobs are backlog , it must be delete all or cancelled it , so that the printer can move on.
