Why won't it print and why is the scanner not working?

CLICK THE CORNER START ICON TO BRING UP YOUR COMPUTER MENU. SELECT CONTROL PANEL. SELECT PRINTERS AND DEVICES. LOOK AT THE INSTALLED PRINTERS/DEVICES. YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR DEVICE IN THE LIST. MAYBE TWICE, WITH THE SCANNER AND PRINTER LISTED SEPERATELY. ONE OF THE PRINTING DEVICES WILL BE CHECKED WITH A GREEN CHECKMARK INDICATING IT TO BE THE DEFAULT PRINTER. IF YOUR PRINTER IS NOT CHECKED WITH A GREEN CHECKMARK, OR INDICATED AS THE DEFAULT PRINTER IN SOME WAY....RIGHT CLICK ON THE ICON REPRESENTING YOUR PRINTER...A MENU SHOULD POP UP WITH ONE OF YOUR CHOICES IN THAT MENU BEING "MAKE THIS PRINTER MY DEFAULT PRINTER". CLICK ON THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED CHOICE AND THEN CHECK THE ICON TO SEE THAT IT IS NOW THE DEFAULT PRINTER. NOW TRY TO PRINT AND SCAN. Sometimes the "print spooler" service in your list of services, (administrative tools in the control panel), is not set to automatically come on when you start your printer. Check and see if it is by accessing your list of services, find the print spooler....right click the print spooler....click on properties. It will tell you what the setting is for the spooler in the properties....if not on automatic, change it to be automatic. Then exit and try to print and scan. Best of luck and be careful when changing settings in your services.

Step1: Check printer is powering on or not., if not check the adapter.
step2. Any error lights are blinking on panel?..check
step3: Cartridges are conditioned or not?.. if not,replace them..
step4: If every thing is fine, check for copying..if copying happens properly..go to next step.. or else go to step2 and check once again properly..
step5: check proper drivers in system., or else
step6: un install existing drivers.
step7: connect usb cable check for new hard ware found popup.. if not check usb cable..
step8:Install full feature drivers from below said link:

Barcode scanner won't read printed labels


1. The printhead in your printer might be scratched (evidenced by thin white streaks through your print). This is common, and the most likely cause. Printhead must be replaced.
2. Material might be stuck on your printhead (usually evidenced by wide white streak vertically through print). Printing surface of printhead can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and cotton ball.
3. The ribbon might be wrinkling due to uneven tension, producing intermittent diagonal streaks in your print. This is somewhat common, but doesn't fit your description as well as 1 & 2 above. Mechanical adjustment and/or proper media loading solves ribbon wrinkles.
4. Poor pressure and/or printhead alignment. Evidenced by grainy, light or no print on one side or the other of the media. This is somewhat common, but doesn't fit your description as well as 1 & 2 above. Mechanical adjustment solves printhead pressure and alignment issues.

Download and use password recovery software. Download the bootable dvd image and burn it into DVD or pendrive. boot from it and run the software. you can reset your password.

My epson sx215 wont use my new black ink

Kyocera CS-C2525 won't scan


Do you have the option installed on you copier??? Also, there is another ether connector for scanning. If it is installed it is right above the print PCB.

thake the catridge head out and put it in worm water for 30min dry it and test it if it is not working. it need to be replaced.
