Sounds like a small hole in the plastic water tube inside the door. It is a replaceable part but you may need to remove the freezer door to do that. The old tube should come out the bottom near the hinge area. The new tube is then pushed up inside the same hole. There is usually a plastic conduit in the door for the plastic tube to follow. Here is the part number I found for the new plastic tube.
W10277960 about $42 to $45 depending on part store.

How to remove faceplate from water dispenser on Frigidaire FFHS2622MS? I've got dispenser water leak. Already removed single screw at bottom under drip catch but faceplate still won't budge. Help?

If you are having water leaking it is the solenoid valve and that valve is not in the door. It is in the back of the refrigerator near the bottom, it maybe behind a cover. The only thing that goes to the door dispenser is the hose

No water from dispenser Matag New filter solenoid valve working, tube to dispenser seems to be blocked

Hello Hans;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service refrigeration technician.

There could be several areas that would effect your water dispenser not working:

1.) When you depress the water dispenser do you hear a 'Click'? If not you have a bad water dispenser contact switch.
I would send you a diagram but I do not have your model number.

2.) In the lower back of your fresh food section is your water dispenser water tank. At times this can freeze near the freezer section. Look in the lower corner of the freezer & your fresh food section for ice build-up.

3.) You could have a bad water filter. This does happen often. Remove the water filter and test you water dispenser.

4.) Do you have water leaking out of the bottom of your dispenser door? If so you have a split in the tubing in your water dispenser door.

5.) Is your ice maker working? Often the water valve to your refrigerator becomes plugged up and you do not get sufficient water pressure 60 PSI to operate your water dispenser solenoid valve.

Water leak on floor under refrigerator

The line going into the dispenser is a 5/16 line. You'll have to remove the front of the dispenser on the door to get access to the line to unclip it. Once you have that done you can pull the line out from the bottom. At this point there are a variety of different unions, compression fittings, etc. to splice the line. After that you just feed the line back through the bottom of the door, clip it back in place, put the dispenser back together and your done.

Water leaking from door when cold water dispenser being used

Hello Frank,
The line that runs from under the freezer door and connects to the dispenser is cracked or the connector is cracked. By removing the lower hinge cover ya should be able to see where the line connects to the door and see if it seems to be cracked and leaking their,if that connector is good then the line inside of the door is leaking..in some cases depending on brand the line is easily replacable without having to dis-assamble the entire door

Tubes on the bottom of the refrigerator connected to water dispenser leaking every time I dispense water..help

The water valve for the dispenser is electric controlled and in the rear of the machine. Which is why there is no leak while it is off. There is a push in connector which can be purchased at most hardware stores that is most likely either cracked, or simply not connected tight which is why there is a leak when the water dispenser is turned on. Check that union. should be near the bottom door hinge. It is there so the door can be removed if necessary.

Something leaking from dispenser frame

You can remove the frame around the dispenser by pulling it gently and then you access to the screws that hold the dispenser in place. Could be a spillage behind the frame. Good Luck.
