SOURCE: my paslode battery is fully charged but flashes

Paslode troubleshooting indicates that the battery contacts might be corroded, try cleaning them first and also look at the contacts inside the tool for same condition, they also say it might be a bad battery. Do you have another one that you can try? Let me know if you need more help before voting please. Thanks

SOURCE: Can a dewalt dc618 nail gun be made stronger by opening it up as I have The gauge at 6 the batteries are fully charged and the nails want go all the way inthe gauge set at 6 the batteries are fully ch

Yes but it is pretty complicated inside one of those things. I would not recommend trying to fix something like that unless you know what you're doing. There is a wheel that spins continuously and once you hit the foot, the driver pushes against the wheel and it shoots forward.

Old batteries could make things weaker. Try it with new batteries or batteries that are newer first. If that doesn't work, take it to a service center.

Dewalt dc618 wont fire

firstly its always better to change both of the bands even if one is broken this always keeps the drive trim.all seems well clean all the contacts ie battery and gun (do not use any cleaning products this will cause grease)just wipe clean with paper towel.

The gun dose not fire the pin all the way in ?

Dewalt list the obvious causes below.
Remember that the gun may not facilitate the use on specific materials that are just too much for the gun to handle. The most common cause for this issue is depth adjustment is not set properly. Also make sure that the nails being used are the correct nails for the gun. Its possible to buy the wrong type and they look very similar to the ones needed.

Here is The website addy for Dewalts pdf user manual and tech tips.

Low battery charge or damaged battery Charge or replace battery
Depth adjustment set too shallow Rotate depth adjustment wheel to a deeper setting
Tool not firmly applied to workpiece See instruction manual
Material and fastener length Choose appropriate material or fastener length
too rigorous an application
Damaged or worn driver blade tip Replace driver/return assembly; see authorized service center
