1. Entering the simulation mode
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"#" key "*" key "C" key "*" key

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

OR

"#" key "INTERRUPT" key "C" key "INTERRUPT"

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

2. Canceling the simulation mode
When the clear all key is pressed, the simulation mode is cancelled.
When the interruption key is pressed, the process is interrupted and the
screen returns to the sub code entering display.

* After canceling the simulation mode, be sure to turn OFF/ON the
power and check the operation.

Note: If the machine is terminated by a jam error or paper empty during copying in the adjustment by the simulation, recopying is required.

DO NOT CONTINUE RESET AS THIS CAN CAUSE A FIRE AND RUIN A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY. REPLACE THE FUSER UNIT

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

My copier AR-5320E is showing a number 4 and letter H

the fuser unit is not heating up

unplug the copier then plug back in

make sure the fuser area where you clear jams is latched down

close all doors

if this does not work your fuser lamp is burned out or a fuse has blown on the heater roller
You will have to call service

How to install sharp photocopier AR5320E on vista

just bought a brand new AR-5320E, unwrapped the whole thing and the paper manual only tells me about how to install the printer drivers, and make photocopies, I've inserted the cartridge and poured the dark powder developer stuff into the chamber, but still it's not making any photocopies, and I can't find a single manual or instructions booklet anywhere to tell me what's wrong!! can you help? I've been reading about toner's etc, but it only came with the black powdery stuff
