When I power on the Printer, after checking all components, the printer will prompt me with amber led light, signifying 50.4 Fuser Error
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

try this: "turn off the power ,turn on the power holding the button, wait, then when the "drum" light is burning wait a sec then press the button again. The printer will "dump" whats in its tiny 0.5mb memory and start a self diagnosis and will begin to print the results of the test."

SOURCE: Unable to print Zebta TLP 2844.
When you get a red light it means that there is some type of error, either with the lable or the ribbon.
Take a look at the ribbon and make sure that it is properly placed in the grove otherwise it will 'slip' an wont move.
That is the most common problem that we get.

Tips for a great answer:
Mar 13, 2014 | HP LaserJet 1320 Printer
Apr 14, 2013 | Brother HL-2170W Laser Printer
This light sequence means that the printer prompts you to load a single sheet of print media in the manual feeder. What you can do is load paper into the manual feeder and press Continue to resume printing. Press and hold Cancel to reset the printer.
