2 things can stop this. 1/ you have to have your data roaming turned on ( even if your connected to wifi ) 2/ your phone is not set up to receive them type of messages so you have to ring your provider and ask for the settings. they will send you a text message with the settings in ..you open the text/read it/restart your phone. hope this helps

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When I try to download an App, I get an ERROR that says: Error retrieving information from server. [RPC-S-5:AEC-0]. How can I get this to download apps?

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.
    1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
    2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
    3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
    4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
    5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
    6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
    7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
    Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
    Delete data + cache :
    Google Play Store
    Google Play-services
    Google Services Framework
    Hangouts
    Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

enjoy and have a good day :)

    Restore deleted messages

SMS messages remain on the iPhone after deletion. When "deleted" on the iPhone, they are technically hidden and marked for deletion. Text messages are then deleted only after sync with iTunes.
In order to recover a deleted text message or messages, run through the following 4 easy steps:
STEP 1:Make sure iTunes doesn't automatically sync with iPhone when connected.
STEP 2:Connect your iPhone to iTunes and Back up by selecting Preferences > Backup from iTunes, or right-click on your iPhone and choose back up.
STEP 3:Restore your iPhone by selecting Restore under Preferences. Note that restoring the iPhone will restore the previous iPhone firmware. Your iPhone will be completely erased after the new firmware is installed. So make sure your back up is good!
STEP 4:The final step will be to restore your iPhone from the back up you created on step 2. This will allow you to restore any data you have backed up, including the "deleted" text messages.

If you have synced the data before, you can recover from the backup file. If not, I think you should not add more data to your device anymore. Then, it is better for you to try some professional recovery methods,

I found a simple solution. Try and see if this works for you too.

    1) Go to Privacy Settings.
    2) Click Application button.
    3) Click Settings tab.
    4) Uncheck any of the boxes. (For me I unchecked everything except Profile picture, Basic info, and Online presence)
    5) Save changes.

After doing that, all my applications started working for me again. Hope this helps.
