Question about Swanstone QULS-3322.075 32-Inch by 21-Inch Undermount Large/Small Bowl Kitchen Sink Bianca 32-Inch by 21-Inch
I presume this is the washer around the plug hole.
If yes then then look under the sink for where the plug exits the bottom of the sink. Detach the waste pipe. Then the large (often plastic) locking nut that holding the plug assembles in place.
Push up on the plug assembly and it should come out up in to sink. Find the washer and replace it.
When reassembling pack everything out with a plumbers putty such as plumber mate. If you use plenty of putty you may not even need to replace the washer.
