Good Morning Tory, thank you for your inquiry!

I understand that you cannot remove the water filter from your Frigidaire refrigerator. It could be possible that your filter is frozen I would recommend performing a manual defrost on your refrigerator. You can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least three to four hours. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

SOURCE: GE Fridge - The water filter bypass plug is stuck

Should just take a quarter turn CCW to remove. You may loose a few drips of water, but the water shuts off automatically when the plug or a filter is removed. A wrench should not be needed to do this.

We had the same issue. My husband unscrewed the filter cover (1 screw on the left side of the filter under the light flap). Then he pushed the old filter in & lifted it up and it came right out.

Has anyone had any problems with a frigidare pure source one filter leaking water at a slow drip?

remove the filter, look inside to see if anything is misaligned. BE CAREFUL, these things break easily, then you must buy a new filter unit.

It sounds like the gasket is either broken or crimped in some way . you should find the valve under the sik shut it down and remove the filter and check gaskets for crimps or breaks . It could also be just lose as well

E20, slow to drain frigidaire atf7000fs

Hi there,

probably has something stuck in the electric drain pump happens alot on frigidaire washers it is accessable after removing front lower acess panel tilt washer back after pulling it from the wall the drain pump will be just right of center at the front use a pan to catch any water that will come out you can either remove the 2 drain hoses to clear obstruction or you can unscrew pump motor from pump body

Good Luck!!

Thanks.

There is a tool you can buy for just a few dollars that you need to use to get it off at any auto parts store. They usually come in a pack or multiple different sizes. After that, it should only take you a few minutes.

Water in bottom of dish washer

you probably have something stopping the drain pump operating (like a tooth-pick or piece of plastic that won't break down in water) its a take it to pieces job i'm afraid but if you are fairly mechanically adept you can do it yourself. the drain pump is quite small and nearby to the drain outlet- you need to remove the case and release the drain from inside the unit- remove the pump itself and you'll prbably find somthing stuck in it- remove and re-assemble. In the meantime DO NOT use the dishwasher as you will 'burn out' the motor as the pump rotors are jammed.
Hope this helps
