Question about Onkyo TX-DS797 Receiver
Also i unplugged the power harness from the amp and the issue is still there. no blown fuses. nothing burnt in the unit, tapping the unit does not make this issue any better or worse
Hi James, if this has not been resolved please note that the unit would have to be serviced at one of our authorized service centers. You can locate one at the following link, http://www.onkyousa.com/Support/servicecenterLocator.php?source=globalnav.
Another option would be to trade in the unit. With the trade in program we would take your unit back and sell you a reconditioned unit with a one year parts and labor warranty at a discount. To see if you unit qualifies for the trade in program please email me the units serial number to askOnkyo@us.onkyo.com, Thanks, JT
