After uninstalling DDC due to lack of memory for update. Reload and can't access my email address account. most sites direct you to facebook sign in

Facebook uses you email address as a username. This means that you can still login with the original email address and password even if your school has changed or deleted the email address.
In order to receive notifications from Facebook, you should update your contact email address to you new address by going to Settings > Account Settings (top left on the menu bar).
You can keep your old password :)

ok so what you do is you go to the computer you last could logon to it then you have try to get on and logoff because you are logged in
