The battery cell has failed or a bad contact
so clean them with a burnish pen its gota be a bad contact
check out some images and solutions in google
i use the £1 shops you get a whole card of like 4 of each type of thin cells
so.. this is the issue
and the pics shows you how to change it out
but the trick is not too touch them with your fingers
or youll discharge the cells fast!!!
1 second charge gone...
use plastic tweezers ... to handle small cells
or some rubber glove etc ... surgical gloves
