the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How to Disable Philips Magnavox Demo mode

  • Many people are annoyed about demo mode coming out of nowhere and causing problems with many Magnavox televisions there is a simple process which will allow you to disable the demo mode.
  1. Television must be turned off But remain plugged in
  2. First You must place both your fingers on the VOL + and VOL - buttons on the television.
  3. Then Turn on the television while still holding the volume buttons in for about 6 seconds..
  • The demo mode will now be disabled, Some televisions may turn off after demo mode is disabled just use remote to turn television back on or use programme up and down button on television to turn it on.
  • This will work even if you don't have the original remote as it requires no remote at all its a simple process and it will work with nearly all models of Magnavox televisions.

I have a 1996 magnavox tv that is in demo mode and you can only turn the tv off by unplugging the tv

Those older Magnavox sets had a demo mode available from the on screen menu. Go to the menu and disable the demo mode, that will fix the trouble. When in the demo mode you will have no control over your set by remote or front panel controls. You can still address the menu though to turn off the demo mode.

TV seems to be in some kind of sales demo mode

To disable the Demo mode, perform the following:
  1. Turn GA_googleFillSlot("TL-IMU-Article"); on the TV.
  2. Simultaneously hold down the Vol+ and Vol- buttons on the front of the TV. Do not use the remote control.
  3. Hold for about 6 seconds
  4. Certain model TVs may turn off, others will not. But in either case, the Demo mode should be disabled.

Magnavox television stuck in demo mode

My wife somehow put our Magnavox TV into demo mode too...

Plug in the set. With the set ON. Press the volume up (+) AND volume down (-) at the same time.

This worked to get it out of demo mode!
