Question about GE SpaceMaker Microwave Ovens
If you are talking about an over the oven microwave, you will need help because of safety concerns with the weight of the microwave. There should be 3 screws in the cabinet above the microwave and that is also usually where you will find the power cord plugged in. Unplug the unit and with someone holding on to the bottom of the microwave, take out the 3 screws and let the microwave tilt forward for several inches and then you can lift the back of the microwave off of the wall bracket that is behind it. Hope this helps!
