Question about Cell Phones
The only way to use your phone again is to factory reset it . there is no way to bypass it. depending on the phone you can ( iphone ) plug into laptop /open itunes/click restore. ( android phone ) power off phone/hold down the volume up button and home button at the same time then press power on /keep holding volume up and home button untill your presented with a menu/move down to wipe data/factory restore.
