MY MICROWAVE TURN ON BY ITSELF AND I BOUGHT IT ON SATURDAY 31/04/2011..DO YOU WHY?

First of all saturday is the 30th of april and there is no 31 st for April . BEing a new set it is most important that you do not try or attempt to open the set as the set is under warranty. So disconnect and keep aside for some time, clean the pads and check, if not call for support to the dealer.

CD slid off the CD tray for printing and can't retrieve the CD from inside the printer. Should I remove something from the rear of the printer to retrieve the CD? Just bought the printer on October 21,...

Yikes!

You might disconnect the cord and remove the paper and anything loose.. and try to lift the printer up and shake it out (since you can't really reach it). The print cartridges should be locked in place so they shouldn't fall out. The paper tray may rattle around but it should also be secure, even if it slides a bit.

Try to shake it gently to get the CD out.

Barring that effort, you'll probably be best advised to take it to a technician who knows who to get it open properly, and more importantly how to get it back together. 8^)

Good luck!

Want to know how to load thermal paper on my sharp Fax model FO-71

1 - Grasp the finger hold and pull up to open the operation panel.
2 - Flip up the front paper guide.
3 - If you are loading paper that is 210mm in width, place the paper roll shims on each side of the paper compartment. (Note that Sharp recommended paper, including the initial roll, is 216 mm in width.) • The ribbed side of the shims should face in (toward each other).
4 - Unwrap the roll of thermal paper and insert the paper shaft.
5 - Place the roll of thermal paper in the compartment, making sure the ends of the paper shaft fit into the notches on each side of the compartment.
• Important: The roll must be placed so that the leading edge of the paper unrolls as shown. (The paper is only coated on one side for printing. If the roll is placed backwards, the paper will
come out blank after printing.)
6 - Insert the leading edge of the paper into the slot as shown. Continue to push the paper through the slot until it comes out the opening in the front of the machine.
7 - Make sure the paper comes out straight, and then flip down the paper guide.
8 - Close the operation panel, making sure it clicks into place.
• FO-71: A short length of the paper will be cut off.

How topaper load cannon mp 160 pixma

Hi there,

Loading Paper into your Canon MP 160 Pixma.

A) Loading Paper :
Follow this procedure:
1) Open the Paper Support, then pull out the Paper Support Extension.

2) Place a stack of paper (print side up) in the Auto Sheet Feeder, pinch the Paper Guide and adjust it to the left side of the stack.
* Set the Paper ThicknessLever to the correct position for the paper.
Note : Set the Lever to the left for most paper. When the Lever is set to the right, the confirmation message appears before the machine starts printing.
Important : Make sure the stack does not exceed the Load Limit Mark.

B) Loading Envelopes
Follow the following steps:
1) Open the Paper Support, then pull out the Paper Support Extension.

2) Prepare the envelopes for loading.
Important : * Press down firmly on the edges of the envelopes to make the folds crisp. Also, press firmly on the area that corresponds to the edges of the back flap.
* Remove any curling by holding the edges diagonally and bending them gently.
* If the edges of the envelopes are inflated or curled, place the envelope on a flat surface. With a pen, press down while moving it from the center toward the edges of the envelope.
* Ensure that no curl or puff exceeds 1/8 in. (3mm).

3) Place the stack of envelopes (print side up) in the Auto Sheet Feeder, pinch the Paper Guide and adjust it to the left side of the stack.
* Load the envelopes in the Auto Sheet Feeder with the short side down.
* Set the Paper Thickness Lever to the right.

Important : Make sure that the stack does not exceed the Load Limit Mark.

Hope this helps. PLease rate my response.
Thanks
Have a good day.

My canon mp240 still wont take the paper, I have tired to do what was recommended but it still gets jammed! NEED HELP. Thanks

Try fresh new dry paper. Open it up and look inside with a flashlight for anything that may be jamming the works. A can of compressed air can help. Have someone hold it up with the place where the paper goes in down and tap the unit and blow out where the paper goes in.

Saying no paper,. even when it's fully loaded & wont print.

i just thought i had the same problem... but you know how there are 2 buttons on the front of the printer once the paper output tray is down? the bottom of those 2 i think switches it back and forth between paper feeding from the normal, top spot, and from somewhere else, so you can try pushing that button! worked for me!
