Question about Computers & Internet
If you use your laptop on your knee or cushion you will over heat it causing it to freeze. you need to keep the vents clear ( on bottom and on sides ) check these for dust or blockage. if these are clear use the laptop on a hard surface. if it still gets hot and freezes when it has plenty of air circulating then you will need an expert to reflow the processor or graphics card ( when a laptop gets to hot too often then it melts the solder that holds the chips on the board, they have to be remelted and put back in place )
