In my experience, starting by appealing for help on their fine device that has stopped working properly tends to get the under-appreciated service people in a good frame of mind and propels the problem along nicely.

You deal with the places that sell & repair the products
you buy,like a car dealer in your case.

Likely, yes. call leapfrog, and ask. However, most warranties do not cover abuse or accidents. If your grandson did something or dropped it, the warranty will not cover that.

Hi my son has broken the screen on his laptop it is only 5 months old so want to be able to keep 5 year warranty on it..... what is the best way to go from here ..... and who are authorited to fix it...

The Hardware Warranty on any computer would cover only defects and failures in the Hardware due to workmanship or manufacture. The Hardware Warranty will not cover anything that gets broken due to user interaction on the computer.
Hence, the Hardware Warranty will not cover any part that a user of a computer breaks (either intentionally or unintentionally).
I understand that your laptop is a Toshiba.
Just to let you know, Dell offers a Complete Care warranty over and above the normal Hardware Warranty, in orde to cover unintentional damage to a computer.
But, in your case, to be honest, I do not think the breakage to the laptop or any part of the laptop would be covered under the normal Hardware Warranty.

Stihl FS45 2 cycle string trimmer. Bought in 5/06 Cutting head came off while cutting. Flexible shaft still has squared off end so it doesn't seem to be broken. What holds the cutting head shaft with the...

Dealer says shaft has broken. Stihl had a problem with some FS45's doing this. They are trying to have it repaired under warranty.

Callum If you refrigerator is about 5 months old it is covered under full manufacrurer warranty. I beleive you do not want to void this warranty, so do not attempt to do any repairs and call the warranty service. back
