I formated sansa player nw it not detecting in my system when i conected guide me to solve the problem

Hi

Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If this doesn't work then connect the player with the computer and let it charge for a while. Now go to control panel-> administrative tools-> computer management/system management-> storage, check if you are able to see the mp3 player here. If not then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue.

Hope this helps...

My mp3 doesnt connect into my usb it just disconnects and starts to charge can you help me

I assume from your description that either you are running a version of Windows older than XP/2000 or you need a special driver. Here is a link for the driver(s) you will need. Just enter your model number and select your version of Windows. Download and run the file and you should be up and running shortly.

Mine wont turn on

On the back of the the mp3 player is a reset switch.
Hold that down about 15 seconds.
If that does not work go to the RCA website.
Download the latest firmware.
Plug mp3 player into pc.
Install the new firmware.
Keep it plug to computer for about 1 hour to charge the battery alittle.

My mp3 is not being rcognised by pc

Solution:
1)Recovery mode - to get PC to recognize player -
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
2) To prevent future occurrences - make sure you have downloaded the installation CD or software - open Philips Device Manager (Start --> All Programs --> Philips D) - click on Update - twice - the player will upgrade to the latest firmware

Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.
