During spin its unbalanced

Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

Washer does not agitate or spin. makes loud noise when it's on:filling, trying to agitate or spin and emptying.

Possible that the INLET valve is also making noise due to faulty coil, check , confirm by disconnecting the valve.

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. My fisher and paykel smartdrive wont agitate or spin but it pumps the water out it , when i spin the drum there is a bumping sound. can i get into the drum part to see if anything has gotten inside?

That is fault code 130
130.(10000010) Single Rotor Position Sensor Error
The Motor Control Module has found an error in the pattern received from the Rotor
Position Sensor. Likely causes of this fault are a bad connection on the harness between
the Rotor Position Sensor and the Motor Control Module, or a faulty Rotor Position Sensor.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Check for corrosion on the RAST connector of the Rotor Position
Sensor and the Motor Control Module connector.
Secondary Source: Rotor Position Sensor.
Action: Check the Rotor Position Sensor with an R.P.S. tester. Replace if
faulty.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: Replace Motor Control Module.
Quaternary Source: Rotor
Action: Ensure the correct rotor for this phase of machine has been fitted

Fisher Paykel GWL 15 Rotor Position Sensor

Does It just shake bowl left & right, it will soon give you fault code 56.
Well its a board problem you will need to get technician to fix this board, three resistors(R129,R130,R131) need to be changed for a 1MegOhm resistor.

My GW11 washer isn't working and keeps beeping

Your first code was 136
Second code is 130
136. (10001000) Motor Stall
The Motor Control Module has been unable to start the motor. Possible causes of this fault
are: Faulty motor harness, faulty or jammed motor, seized bearings or seals, faulty Motor
Control Module, faulty Rotor Position Sensor or harness.
Primary Source: Wiring.
Action: Measure/check the motor harness, connectors and motor for
discontinuity. This can be done by taking a resistance measurement
between phases of the motor harness at the Motor Control Module
end. Nominal resistance should be around 32Ohms.
Secondary Source: Motor.
Action: 1) Check free rotation of the agitator and basket by rotating by hand.
Bearings and seals may be seized.
2) Check the Rotor Position Sensor and associated harness for
water, mechanical damage or corrosion.
Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.
Action: If the primary and secondary checks pass inspection, then replace
the Motor Control Module.
130. (10000010) Single Rotor Position Sensor Error
The Motor Control Module has found an error in the pattern received from the Rotor
Position Sensor. Likely causes of this fault are a bad connection on the harness between
the Rotor Position Sensor and the Motor Control Module, or a faulty Rotor Position Sensor.

Action: Check for corrosion on the RAST connector of the Rotor Position
Sensor and the Motor Control Module connector.
Secondary Source: Rotor Position Sensor.

Tertiary Source: Motor Control Module.

Quaternary Source: Rotor

My washer will not spin or agitate clothes it is a cabrio and just started to day will it pumps water in and out but will not spin or agitate.

Most washing machines work with just one motor... it runs clockwise to run the transmission as an agitator and counterclockwise to run the pump and to turn the whole drum to spin dry.  The belts often look loose but are fine.   Check that the belts are on... if they are then the motor may not be running in reverse.  if that is the case then you need to diagnose whether the motor is the problem or the controller.  Check the centrifugal switch in the motor too.

Washer will not agitate, took belts off and it will only spin one way.

Only one direction seems fine. On some machines there is a solinoid connected to a lever that either disengages or engages the drum brake to keep the drum from rotating during agitation. Some units reverse the motor direction when agitating and spinning. (one direction for spin the opposite for agitation. Most generally when the motor works in only one direction, say it spins fine but not agitating the culpret is the control dial. There are several combinations of electrical connections that must all make to go from one cycle to the next. On some other models there is a plastic cog that is moved by the solinoid to make the change. Without other info such as make and model, I can't really be sure how to tell you to diagnose the problem..The main thing is one direction is probably right on the turn question.
