I need the owners manual for a Sony Discman D555. The Sony website has a badly scanned one that is illegible.

the users guide (lost ) telll what that means it means failure
car came new with 2 keys both fail tested never at same time, sitting 1 in slot , one in lap. keep that 25feet apart or more. if have 2 keys.
if you scan the PCM it will tell you what fails even not started engine,

go there get it and read the IMMO pages and all the rules for it.
if no cure there, only cures are.
scan it.(buy,rent, or barrowed the tool)
get it scanned
get key shop to fix it if IMMO major parts are not bad.
Key shop can do it if only the key is bad,
never ever just have just 1 key, or huge costs happen. towing, and lots more.
or towed to dealer./

Its complicated. You need to remove the intake manifold on the top of the engine to get to the spark plugs on the V6.

If you want an owners manual, I suggest you go to one of the Cadillac forums and see if anyone has an owners manual they might scan and email to you or you might offer to buy one if some owner has one available. If you offer to buy one I suggest you will get a better response.

if you read the FSM , it shows each step in sensor tests.
and lots of not..... (scope readings missing, bad bad bad)
first off , you need some facts:
if the scan tool shows the rear (wild guess) speed sensor reads wrong, do not think its bad, you fail to realize most failures
are the transmission slips (trans, is bad) and the sensor see this illegal
low rpm and trips a DTC for that.
most those sensors last forever,
THe ECU (PCM) never knows what is wrong, it only knows
what tests fail,.
The ecu knows the speed of the engine and the tranny speeds.
this is the TCM function (be it in a TCM box or in the PCM)
this TCM does all the shifting and monitors for errors.
The DTCs in many case should state, tranny slip or bad sensor.
and dont.
you didnt post the DTCs so can elaborate.
working the A/T with no FSM. is not going to work.
you need to read the on car service, and do the steps in the correct order. fiddling a sensor with a tranny with low pump pressure. is folly
so is same and the stall test fail. (1st tests both)

think of DTCs as only clues, or 1 more symptom....

check to make sure manual shift linkage not loose disconnected or damaged.check transmission fluid also see if too low, transmission could be slipping lack or low on fluid,if all is good have transmission range sensor checked have vechicle code scan see if any shift pressure solenoid bad before assuming transmission has failed. if you buy second hand car taking a chance buying a lemon, if you just bought the car have honest mechanic check out transmission if bad owner sold car to you didnt tell you transmission bad i get refund find another car.

Sorry, but removing the entire dashboard on a Merc 190 is far too detailed and involved to go into on this site, especially as it's very time consuming to scan and upload to a website all of the photos and diagrams which you'll need. In any case, it's all copyrighted material and so would be illegal to do so.

I respectfully suggest that you get a Haynes manual; the first repair alone will more than pay for the book.
