Hard to tell from here. Cannot see the print roller, and do not know what or where it came from. Perhaps a visit to an office equipment repair shop can get you the help you need.

Funtional problem SC302

It depends on which Ricoh model.
Some Ricoh copier/printer use a corona wire for charging the drum, so SC302 means that the corona wire is ether broken or have some current leak. but in most case the wire is broken.
Other Ricoh copier/printer use a charge roller for drum charge, so on this model SC302 usually appear when the charge roller have a bad contact.

How do i clean the rollers

Introduction Your printer requires minimum routine maintenance. This chapter explains the following tasks
  • Cleaning the printer
  • The toner cartridge
  • Extending toner cartridge life
  • Clearing a TONER LOW message
  • Replacing printer parts
Cleaning the printer To maintain print quality, thoroughly clean your printer:
  • Every time you change the toner cartridge
  • After printing approximately 6,000 pages
  • Whenever print quality problems occur
Clean the outside of the printer with a lightly water-dampened cloth. Clean the inside with only a dry,lint-free cloth. Observe the warnings and cautions that follow the cleaning tasks on the following pages. Caution To avoid permanent damage to the toner cartridge, do not use ammonia-based cleaners on or around your printer.
Printer Cleaning Tasks Before you begin these steps, turn the printer OFF and unplug the power cord. Caution Do not touch the transfer roller (black sponge-rubber roller) with your fingers. Skin oils on the roller can cause print quality problems.
If toner gets on your clothes, wipe it off with a dry cloth and wash your clothes in cold water. Hot water sets toner into fabric.
Warning Avoid touching the adjacent fusing area. It may be HOT
  1. OPen the printer's top cover and remove the toner cartridge
  2. with a dry lint-free cloth, wipe any residue off the Paper Access Cover (it has a green handle) and the adjacent silver metal strip.
  3. Wipe any dust or dirt off the black plastic Paper Feed Guide with a dry, lint-free cloth.
The Toner Cartridge see the printed book pending update of this page Extending Toner Cartridge Life see the printed book pending update of this page Clearing the TONER LOW Message see the printed book pending update of this page User-Replaceable Parts Some worn parts can be replaced by the owner. See Chapter 8, "Solving Printer Problems", for descriptions of the difficulties that can indicate when to replace a part. Warning Switch OFF and unplug the printer before replacing parts. Failure to do so may result in personal injury or damage to the printer. After switching the printer OFF and unplugging the power cord, allow the printer to cool for 30 minutes before replacing the parts.
Unless specifically noted, replacement is the reverse of removal. Always carefully observe the position and alignment of the part you are removing; this is your best guide to replacement. Hello Sir, Please help me, i hav 6690cw printer, when i am printing multi copy (50copy) after 1 or two copy, there is a paper jam indication, half of the paper is in tray, sometimes little end is there in...

Your roller(s) are worn and failing to properly grip the paper to feed it.
The printer technician's solution to this problem is to order a "Roller Kit" for the printer,
and replace all the rollers - when one starts to lose its grip, they all will soon go - since
all wear at about the same rate.
This happens after a printer has printed alot of pages - the definition of "alot" varies from
printer to printer.

Printing problem with HP Laserjet P2015 printer

This can be an issue with one of the faulty sensor across the printer.
Please check if you are able to print from tray 1, e.g. a configuration page.
A config page can be printed by holding the Green Button and releasing it as soon as the Triangle light comes on. This would take approx 5 secs.
If the printer is able to print from tray 1, then it could be an issue with the tray 2 pickup sensor.
Check if the tray 2 pickup sensor ( a black plastic piece to the right of the tray 2 pickup roller) is moving freely (front and back), also check if tray 2 pickup roller is not able to rotate completely.

If the tray 2 sensor is not moving freely and of the pickup roller is rotating completely, then reseat the pickup roller.

Normal use with good media causes wear resulting in the need to periodically clean or replace the pickup roller. Additionally, the use of poor media might require more frequent replacement of the pickup roller. Replacing the pickup roller Complete the following to replace the pickup roller:

CAUTION: Failure to complete this procedure might damage the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer, and allow the printer to cool.
