My 2000 dodge wont start battery is good checked fuses plugs fuel pump is getting gas it will run for a few days then stop

might want to check the starter. the parts stores can test it once its removed. does it turn over or it wont run? people confuse this. if it wont start that is a starting problem. if it wont run that is a fuel or spark problem. to total different thing. if it turns over the starter is good. not running after it turns it can be a number of things. crank sensor or cam sensor. bad ground or many other things. need more information what it is doing?

When I try to start the car it wont start but all the lights are . what wrong?

what lights. do tell> we cant guess which of 30 lamps blink.

the 95 , what engine, (size) and cylinder count./
we can not guess that either,

cranks but no start,
the jeeps will run for 3 seconds, and the die via the ASD relay LOGIC.
there are up to 6 ways for the PCM to cut the ASD, for just causes.
so do you get spark for the 3 seconds. cranking?
if not the ASD drops. (fuel/fire safety reasons)

if engine is ok, with full compression
it will run for at least 3 seconds, cranked,
if not there is no spark.
check spark, now, ever do a tune up this decade?
if spark is good, x6 or x8 cylinders than its either flooding or starving for fuel.
take out 1 spark plug, is it soaked in fuel
yes, put i back and crank engine wide open trottle
this is oper, guide, super secret unflood mode. (a feature on all cars)
starts now?
well its staving for fuel
try test fuel.? yet> (spray)
runs for 3sconds and stalls.
yes? then fuel is lost.
check fuel pressure for spec pressure.

i cant tell presssure due to NO ENGINE STATED.

Engine runs good for 30 minutes then starts surging and when stopped it dies 1988 chevy 1/2 ton truck fuel injection

It could be something as simple as a faulty gas cap, but you will have to do some detective work. Be prepared for the next time. Have a can of starting fluid and an old time induction timing light. You will have to have someone to crank the starter for you. When it dies, quickly hook up the timing light to the spark wire and spray some starting fluid into the air intake. Find the intake ahead of time, they aren't always obvious. Same for the spark wire, I would try for the coil wire if this unit has a distributor, you will get a better sign. You are only looking for spark, not timing. If you don't see spark, now you know what to start checking. Coil, and all the other spark stuff. If you get spark and it runs on the starting fluid, your fuel system is failing. Start with the fuel pump, filter, and any safety switches. My Ford had a 'collision' switch that would shut off the fuel pump. At your trucks age, any electronic part can be breaking down. Fuel relays are my first suspect. Never buy off brand, always OEM.
If your truck has a computer, have the codes checked.

Car died while stooped at light

if it won't run on starting fluid then you have a no spark issue. i'd check spark out of the coil to the distributor. you could have a bad ignition control module or coil

I drove my ford back and fourth and when i turned it off and went inside came back to the truck got in it to go to the store the 2001 ford explor sport didnt want to start anymore so the person i bought it...

may be ignition sensor?did the fuel pump have power was it a new pump so you are sure it works did he test run it before instalation?pull a spark plug lay it asside an attached to plug wir dont hold it shocks arent nice....but watch plu gfor spark as someone cranks truck over this will determine for you wethr spark is good or not ....but check that fuel pump works and has power....does truck motor rotate/turn over cuz it could be starter or loose dirty cables loose wire connection to starter or starters hang up sometimes you can tap starter with a hammer while someone tries to start it .that will usually jar a jammed up starter. thanks for using fix ya.

I have a 96 cavy z24 battery died but was able to get car home

you may have blown a fuse in a process of remove and install the alternator ( the car was running before that right? )
so check all your fuses and fusible links coming from the starter.
check for spark at spark plugs
check for fuel pressure
these will help you to issolate problems

Bike wont start bought new battery charged it and still wont start i havent changed spark plugs

It won't start? or it won't turn over? If it won't turn over have your starter checked out and proceed from there. If it tries to turn over but won't start, change the sparkplugs and see if you get a spark. If you do not get a spark you should take it to a repair center. If you do get a spark with the new spark plugs, install them and see if it runs. If not see if it's getting fuel, If it still wont run whether it is getting fuel or not I reccomend taking it to a bike mechanic.

Car wont start

I can only say that for the old cars even sitting for a year is not healthy, because most parts of engine, starting system, charging system will get corroded/deposited. Most probably you will need to change battery, motor oil, fuel, spark plugs, check the starter and alternator. Also check the fuel pump, fuel filter. First shot would be battery, fuel, spark plugs and starter.
Good Luck
