hi thanks for reply! removed cover from back of machine, shaped like shoe sole which holds element and two thermostats, one has a reset hole which i reset with a pin tll it clicked" then machine heated up as normal! thanks for info

F10 means that the pressure switch (water level switch) is not sensing the correct water level.
This can be for one of several reasons.
Firstly ,clean filter, if no filter at front behind bottom panel ,then remove lower rear panel, remove large black hose from bottom of tub, remove and clean filter inside..
Detach pressure switch hose attached to plastic chamber which comes from large black hose, this is a small plastic hose, blow down it , and you should hear the switch click if you listen carefully.
If you cannot hear it click, then switch is probably faulty, follow hose to switch.
Make sure the plastic chamber is not blocked where the hose is attached at bottom end.
