Hi, now there is a real possibility the brake is not releasing fully , stressing the motor out ,,, have you removed a brush to inspect inside ? what about smell, ? smell burning ?

, Carefully remove the brake and test but keep it connected ?

The windings here could be the issue if the brake is not causing the problem

Areas to look at are :

Brake
Brushes
Motor Commutator
Motor winding , have one of the magnets within the motor come loose... noise would be a issue here..

Regards
Rob

Ac works fine when fan is on low but fan cuts off after a couple of minutes on high

Bad fan motor. Multi-speed motors have a set of windings for each speed. Your high speed is bad so the only solution is to replace the complete motor. When motors are going bad they will over heat and kick out on the heat safety. As it cools back down it will start again for a short time again until it gets hot again.

What causes my dryer to stop after 20 minutes?

Sounds like a possible motor over heating. The main motor has a heat safety built in that shuts it off if it gets too hot. It will restart once it cools off some. Over heating could be from excessive lint around the motor or even from a blocked vent pipe. All you can do is clean it well and check again. If it still shuts off the motor will need replaced.

Electric motor heats up and stops after using for about 15 to 20 minutes, when it cools it runs for a short time

If the motor is heating up more than usual, a couple of things
may be the source.
a) DC 24volt Motor itself has a shorted winding and using more current than normal. In that case the motor may need to be replaced. These DC motors have a commutated armature
that uses two carbon brushes. The carbon brushed do wear
down in time, so that could also be the source. The carbon
brushes are replaceable on pretty much all scooters and
can be obtained from MonsterScooter.
b) Controller issue where more current is being supplied to
the motor, but the motor itself determines how many amps
it draws from the batteries (ASSUMING FULL CHARGE HERE)
BASED ON THE BATTERY VOLTAGE, the lower the battery
voltage, the more current is required to move the transmission.

Heat on at start, then will not come back on during cycle.

sounds like a bad thermistor? have it and the other thermostats checked with a multimeter. Lastly it may be bad windings on ur motor and the motor is going out, ( the sign for this issue is if it usually runs a short while then goes out, or stops heating, usually you will have to wait 30-to 60 minutes before it will run agin? meaning the motor needs to cool down and its going out?

Hello,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but what your describing is a classis sign of a bad motor. When the motor is bad it will run will its cool...when it heats up it shuts off and will restart for a short time when colled off till once again hot and shuts off again.

When I start my dryer, I have heat at first, but it shuts off after a short time for the rest if the cycle.

It sounds like you have a gas dryer . The coils on the burner valve need to be replaced . They get hot from the electricity going thru them , and one opens (shorts ) until the dryer cools down . It should then heat again for a few minuted , then stop heating but still run . Your timer will not advance either , if set on auto , unless dryer heats . Without the model number , cannot give you the part number , so take it with you to get the part . It comes with both coils in a pkg .

62802 stops running after a few minutes

It sounds as if you have a defective drive motor.  After the motor runs for a while and heats up, the internal thermal switch cuts it off before it gets too hot and becomes a hazard.  Once the motor cools down and the thermal switch makes up again, it will run and then repeat this process.
