This unit doesn't have a tuner, This is what I found when researching this question for you.Maybe you can hookup DVD player or VCR player with audio and video cables, I know some VCR's have HDMI on them too that can be hooked on that TV. Good Luck

Looking for cable with analog on one end and coax on other end

Since you're going to be soldering anyway, these are available on ebay. Just keep your wire as short as reasonable.

The other way is just grab a short f-type to f-type coax (standard TV coax cable) , and cut off one end. Then unweave the shield and solder into a bundle with a short wire to the TV antenna ground.

I have reprogramed a LG tv and it keeps says no signal after receiving 5 to 11 stations

Sounds like you need a better antenna or an amplifier for you antenna. But check first you antenna coax connection to make sure the electrical connections are tight. Also check your coax for breaks in continuity. You can do this with an Ohm meter. You should have near zero resistance center to center of the coax and same for the out shield. More likely the problem is not your coax but a weak signal from over the air. Also check to see that your antenna selector on your TV menu is not set to Cable but rather Air assuming your are wanting to pick up free over the air signals and not cable.

It is possible that the cable to your antenna is broken somewhere. You have the right idea to start there.
It is also possible that your TV is looking at CABLE instead of AIR, or visa versa.

-wilson antenna installation diagrams for, Wilson Trucker2000 - display pictures of exactly, how antennas appear when being attached with coax cable, using stud mount between coax & antenna mount... -...

I have a wilson 5000 mirror mount. I mount it on the drivers side mirror on the upper cross arm that goes to the mirror. It is mounted on this arm with a bracket and a so 239 connector so I can undo it if I have to ,leaving the antenna connected.I can change coax and not have to worry about undoing the antenna. Remember one thing. The antenna has to be checked for SWR.each time you move it to a different spot or to a different truck.

Which end is the receiving end of a house tv areial

One end of the coax cable is connected to your antenna. The other end connects to a coax port on the back of the receiver labeled "TV/Antenna Cable In". All DISH Network receivers have this port on the back except our "K" series receivers. These receivers require a module to plug into the back of the receiver. Connect the antenna cable to this port, "TV/Antenna Cable In", if the receiver has the port available. I hope this helps.

I plugged antenna in but I still can't install channels problem is that I cant choose "channels installation" option maybe because tv is on video mode but I can get it to normal mode...

Antenna?? If you connected an antenna to the TV, you can only picking up radio waves. In the TV's menu options you should have a connection selection to choose from "Cable" or "Air". With an antenna, Air needs to be selected. Go through your "Input" selector from tv remote and select "TV" which is always the first selection. If this does not help, let us know exactly what is connected to the tv whether it be a COAX cable alone, a coax connected to an antenna, or if you have rabbit ears connected.

I have a Cobra 29 LTD CB radio, when I hooked it up it will light up but sound and also the signal meter is not moving and it won?t tramit or receive. Yes the mic is hookup.

There may be an issue with the coax, antenna, connections, settings or a combination of them all.

Set the radio to AM, a channel of your choice, volume to just under 1/2 way, squelch to off or fully CCW. Make there is no plug in the ext speaker jack. If there is still no sound, try connecting an external speaker and try again.

Carefully check all connections for tightness and inspect the coax cable for evidence of being crushed, pinched, cut and jacket damage that could allow water to enter. Replace the coax cable if any of the mentioned problems are found.

Inspect the point that the antenna is connected to the mount / coax cable. It is not unusual for this area to become oxidized due to exposure to weather. Thoroughly clean or replace parts that can not be cleaned up.

Check the antenna for damage. If "higher than rated power" has been introduced to the antenna, it has likely failed, and will require replacement. Since CB is limited to 4W AM and 12W SSB, most antennas are rated for 25W or less.

You should obtain and connect an SWR meter with a short length of coax cable between the radio and the antenna. The meter should be rated for the frequency range of the transmitter - in this case, HF or 27Mhz (11 meters). Tune the antenna for lowest SWR over the range of frequencies by physically lengthening or shortening the whip in the base in 1/8" increments.

I hope this helps!

Remote Antenna

I suggest LMR-400 cable, but generally most any coax cable will do. As far as your connectors, I suggest visiting RadioShack or The Source for these, remove your existing antenna and bring it with you to determine what N-Connectors you will need.
