Locate an authorised service agent in your country, they should be interested enough to help you. Retailers are sometimes not interested in ordering you spare parts, they want to only sell you the boxed appliance. Any repair place with a Philips account should be able to order for you but an Authorised Agent is more likely to get you the correct part.

One Philips' site for your blender it says Parts and Accessories and you can click the link to ask them directly.

Where can we get a replacement blender sealing ring for this unidentified model?

Check with a local appliance parts supplier and/or the parent company of Oster to determine availability and source.

    Replacement parts

You need the blending jar seal. Order that and other parts for the blender here assuming they still support your model based on the manufacturing date code. (The manufacturing date code is generally found on a white sticker and will begin with a CA, DR, XM, or W followed by 4 numbers, or a # (number), letter, # (number), # (number) combination):

Depending on the material, some blender seals can be maintained with a little bit of vegetable oil.

    I hope this helps.

    Broken Part

Hi, i read your are having trouble with the tap on your blender. We pulled our blender out of the box and used it for the first time and it leaked through the base, through the motor all over the bench top.

At first i thought the tap was leaking too, then I investigated a little bit and found it was leaking through the white tension clips on the inside of the black base.

Then i discovered that there is a recess for an "O" ring, which seals the glass jug to the black base thus solving the leak.

However there was no "O" ring in the recess and now I am trying to find a replacement one.

    Hope this helps.
