You have a stuck button on the tv itself or the remote. First turn on the tv and take the batteries out of the remote. Second if the channels still change on their own then go to the tv and push the buttons ONE at a time actually wiggle each button. Sometimes you can find the button that is stuck or bad but may not fix the problem. In any case you will need a trained tech to replace the bad part.

How do i replace my window guides in a 95 csprice

You are talking about the rubbers right?

Depending on how tight the fit of the new rubbers are, you can try the following:

1) Power or wind the window down the the bottom.
2) Pull out the rubber guide, starting from the top of the window frame. Pull the rubber upwards and outwards from the two side runners.
3) Using silicone spray, lubricate your new rubber and feed it into your window runner guides, pushing it downwards.
4) Spray the inside of your new rubber guide, in the window channel. Operate the window upwards, making sure the rubber slips past, beyond the widow and all the way to the bottom of its channel.
5) Secure the rubber all the way around the frame and channel.

Tight fit:

1) Remove inner door skin.
2) Loosen or remove retaining bolts on side window channels.
3) Power or turn the window down to its lowest position.
4) Follow the rest of the steps in the first list and re-secure the channel when finished.
5) Refit door inner skin.

Channels keep chaning

just ensure someone isn;t playing tricks on you here. had a case recently where a neighjbors kid programmed a remote and kept changing channels while he wqs outside window.
Also check your own remote has not got a faulty or sticky button.
Sometimes a computer close by can do this or even an A/C switching in and out. Turn some other things off to eliminate this posssibilty and prepare a gallows for the kid next door if you see him in the street with a remote

My tv turns itself on and then starts going thru the channel and when it is on will start changing channels?

Assuming your TV continuously changes channels on its own in the upward direction, I had the same problem with my GE 31GT740 TV and fixed myself. GE will give you the runaround and have you calling RCA who has no clue. The cure is simple but, you need someone to help you move the set around. Remove the rear cover by taking out all of the screws – obviously unplug the set first. Then remove the large circuit board by taking the two screws out from the underside. The TV will need to be laid down on the screen side so have a large pillow or blanket laid out. The main circuit board has two side stops that hold it in and then pry it a little. The entire board slides out and you can set it aside. Now, remove the front switch panel assy by depressing the two side stops. Then the circuit board behind the switches can now be removed from the assy. The third button in from the center is the ‘up channel button’. Pry off the small switch soldered to the board behind the ‘up channel button’. Reassemble and the problem will be fixed. In other words, the ‘up channel’ button on the TV set has gone bad.
