You have to look up the name and model number of the machine and see who has the part that your machine needs

How do I put some photos of my singer sewing machine part that I need to know the name in order to be able to order it?

The Singer Sewing Machine site has parts lists for various models of machines, so that you can identify the part and get its number. Here's the link; use the drop down box to locate the part list for your machine. If it is not listed there, send an email to customer service and chances are they will send it to you.

I have broken the pressure foot shank and can not find a partnumber

I went to the Singer Sewing Machine site, and was able to download the parts list for your machine. Parts lists are tedious to do through, but it's the only way to insure that you get the correct part(s). Here's the direct link to download the PDF.

I often order parts through Sewing Parts Online; you will have to call them if the part is not listed as being in stock, but they're very nice about ordering for you, and they're prices are reasonable. You might also want to order the service manual from them at the same time--it's well worth it. If nothing else, it will tell you the correct order for taking the covers off, and that alone can save you a lot of grief and aggravation, as well as, of course, a lot of time.

Elan Pro 5 DC

Try contacting Elna directly, or find your nearest agent thru their website, if in USA

having this photo should help trace a part number if you can get onto an Elna service technician, if it were Janome, I could look up our references, so it should be straightforward.
