Estou com um HCD-SHAKE5 e troquei a placa do amplificador e o defeito continuou do mesmo jeito ou seja ao colocar na tomada mesmo sem as caixas apresenta mensagem no display PROTECT E05.

How we can erase the protect e05 in the system of sony shake66d

If "PROTECT EXX" (X is a number) appears in the display panel Immediately unplug the power cord, and check the following items.
• Are you using only the supplied speakers?
• Is anything blocking the ventilation holes of the unit?
After checking the above items and fixing any problems, plug in the power cord again and turn on the system. If the issue persists, consult your nearest Sony dealer.
For details please see section 'Troubleshooting' on page 30 via the link, here and below (in English): https://docs.sony.com/release//SHAKE5.pdf

Hii I have sony shake 6D system and whenever I turn the volume up it reaches upto 40 and shows the error of 'protect E01' while the maximum volume is 50. Please help

Most likely, your unit is shutting down due to overheating. You cannot run an amp at that kind of volume very long. It is shutting down to protect itself. Try running the amp at 1/3 your normal level. Most likely, it will not shut down.
