Question about Video Cameras
Been using this camera for 5 yrs. First time I incurred this problem. I filmed an important event. Viewed it & was there. I charged the camcorder. When I checked on the video, it says: Ther is no image Database file. Movies cannot be recorded or played. Create a new file? Est. process time: 7s. With selection of yes or no. I clicked yes and filmed again. Check the film... it was there. I did the same thing and again it showed: There is no Image.... This time I did not click any of the selection of yes or no. What went wrong? Please help.
Seems like there should be a save option and if not saved it will not be there . for a second check .

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

do you get any kind of error code?what type of memory stick are you using?how big is the ms capacity?may need to try using a diff ms or try using ms with diff devices.if diff ms works fine.may need to format ms using computer first (using card reader if available) and camcorder last.may need to reset camcorder (make sure cam is on when you press the reset button.hope this works.thanks :)
