Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: How do you forward your calls from a Kyocera jax

Here is the information that I found for you, if you need better instructions, you should probably contact your cell provider. However, this should be all you need:

To forward dial *72# ***-***-XXXX (the number you want to forward to) send.

To unforward *720# send.

After you dial, press send and you should hear two short beeps. You can then hang up and you should be set.

Thanks and good luck!!

Turns on and off

Your phone either has a short or your charger is no good. Go to find the battery (could be the battery as well) and charger for your phone; if it is not worth it to you than buy a new one. GL

I have a kyocera jax and have been receiving service alert messages. I am not able to erase them. Can I erase them?

Dial 111111 (6 ones) then instead of hitting send choose options. Under options you will see the option to erase messages. Be careful because it does not discriminate and will erase all messages.

The screen is red and states FTM mode, what do I do?

FTM is a mode of operation that allows a user to perform diagnostic or design verification functionality by exposing functions not discretely available to the user in DMSS mode. FTM does not provide the ability to make phone calls and is not driven by the DMSS Call Processing State Machine. Source(s):
