Question about Miscellaneous
Posted by Anonymous on
When I would ask, what caused my appendicitis and how can I fix it, everyone would laugh and send me to a surgeon.
As soon as it is something electronic, everyone thinks the diagnose can be made from a few words and sometimes a picture. And and answer no more than 10 words should solve the problem.
But seeing a picture, of a flats screen TV, with only a few short colour lines from the top to half way in the left corner, only tells me the mains is still connected, The TV is switched on and at least a part of the power supply is working. What is defect I could not tell. A part of the power supply defect? some cabling internal defect or some oxidation on connectors? Or perhaps the main logic board or some drivers for the screen? I would not know, until I had a chance to put the TV to a test.
When you want a quick solution, please consult a tech or bring it to a repair shop. It will save you time, money and frustration.
