Bonnet meaning the trunk? Shoot some white lithium grease into lock. Push down a little on trunk lid while you jiggle key while turning. If doesn't work, let the rear seat down and pull the inside trunk release tab and check it out. don-ohio (:^)
To change the license plate light bulb on a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu sedan reach the bulb socket from the inside of the trunk lid. The socket turns a 1/4 turn or so and pulls out. Bulb just pulls straight out of the socket, don't turn it. if you need a ecu chip tuning tool you can click here: ecu chip tuning tools hope it can help you and good luck
Hello, sorry took so long but, seems to be a paper jam or loose ink cartridge, open lid with unit unplugged and try and see any paper jammed in rollers or pieces of paper, then with that done and hopefully fixed but if not, close lid and turn unit on then open lid to access print cartridges make sure they are installed right and the right ones in the right slots if the cartridge unit don't move so as to load cartridges in try to gently pull it to position as a cartridge may have not been locked in or jarred loose.good luck hope this is of some help.
Hello, On that stack washer/dryer the wayto get to lid switch is remove diagonal panel between washer and control panel in the back of washer top will either be 2 brass colored clips or in the very back egde of top will be 2 5/16th inch hexhead screws for clips place a small screwdriver in front of that clip and pop clips off and slide top forward for the screws remove screws from behind top in the left/right corner..pull top forward a bit and lift up a little the plug for the lid switch will be in front right side..squeeze the release for that plug, unplug swicth plug then remove top
in both cases lid switch asm. will be on right side of top on the underpart of it
Are you sure it is a hose? Remove the bottom drawer and you can see every thing .Here's the procedure. Very simple and clever design.
Pull bottom drawer out part way. Look for a large slotted plastic "scew"on each side top corner. Remove both with 1/4 turn. You can now pull drawer all the way out ,lifting slightly as you go. It will disengage from rails. Don't go too far as you'll see the "umbillical". You can now actually see alot inside. You can actually run the top drawer with bottom drawer out to watch for leaks, check hoses etc
There's a good chance your lids are leaking ,not hoses .To fix, replace lid actuaters while your in there.
This is a broken lid switch . You can replace the lid switch or if you need to get it working quickly you can bi pass the switch by unplugging the washer, removing the 2 lid latch screws, pulling out the switch cutting the 2 wires and twist them together with a wire nut.
This is assuming you do not have the self locking lid.But I don't think your model has that function.
Hey Don, If you removed the cabinet to get to your pump, you had to unplug the wire that connects to your lid switch. Did you make sure to plug the lid switch plug back into it's plug-in on top of your cabinet under control panel when you re-installed the cabinet. Your washer won't spin or pump water if this is the case. I'd check that first, then check the lid switch itself for proper operation. Happy to help, Tim. please don't forget to rate my help. Thanks.
Hi, I don`t know the car but sometimes when you can`t open a boot lid someone need to push the boot lid down ( this relase the pressure of the latch system)and the same time someone pull the handle. Hope that helps.
Open the trunk, there should be a black button on the driver's sid; pull it out. Don't close the trunk lid as this will push in the button. On the rear sea, drivers side, there should be a leather loop, it might be hidde between the seat and the inside moulding, puul on it and the seat will release.
