You have to get a special solvent. You put it in the lines to flush them out. Make sure that you have removed the orifice tube. http://www.e38.org/pparish/flushing.htm

Did you have system totally flushed out then vaccumed? If not then your ac compressor is damaged again.

Jeep liberty 2005 air conditioning only blows hot air even after filling it with freon ??? Can there be a fuse blown or something?


Did it blow cold before you put it in? You need to listen and see if your compressor is engaging when you turn your ac on and off. Something simple could be that you put too much in or too little in. It could also be your compressor gone bad on it.....

if ac gas pressure is low in ac lines, system may not work correctly. once i found main reason of having non operational compressor on jeep cheorkee was only the loss of gas inside AC lines. plus please check for AC relay under hood. it can go broken.

Lines not hooked up. Pulley / clutch on wrong. No refrigerant.
