Question about Cell Phones
Afaik you can't, not without rooting your phone, But, you can turn it off, make sure other apps don't use it and bury it in a folder inside another folder so you don't ever have to look at it :) That's what I do on my iPads (even though I do use iCloud on my PC, go figure)
