After installing the driver my pc doesn't recognize the device. when i try to print a document the message doesn't reach the destination (printer) and the document stays pending

Go to add printer wizard,select windows update option,this take few minutes according to your internet connection,after it select your printer model and and after installing check if there is another printer installed in your devices folder,uninstall all unnecessary printers.
