Question about Dell Computers & Internet
I imagine you have just "plug-n-play" the monitors? You need to install the monitor drivers in to your computer from the driver listed on the Dell site and compatible with your operating system. This should clear the grayed out for you.

Testimonial: "The monitors are listed as generic plug and play monitors in my system and I chose to search for updated drivers and was told the drivers are current and up to date. I still went to the Dell site and tried to download the drivers with no change??"
