Go to camera. Then open the front camera. And click the capture button.
You can enable the Face Detection by going to the camera settings.
You can also change the brightness, contrast, etc.

If your mobile has a front camera then you can simply take a good photograph of yourself or you can use your rear camera, in case front facing camera is not good.
