If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method. . Then click on wireless->wireless security->WEP security there is code password note down it or enter new password then save setting s and restart router. then you can connect wireless with new password. I assume that the password you are looking for is for logging at the motorola's settings page (and not for computer's log in screen) In this case the usual pairs (username-password) for Motorola's routers are cablecom-router or admin-motorol. In case you don't come to a solution, reset the router using the proper button and try to log in again using the credentials given. In case the password is for connecting with the provider you have to ask the provider.

To answer you, try putting in browser 10.1.1.1 see if you can get to the modem's menu.
Press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults.Then you can configure it with below method.

Usually on modems, the default password is password, and the default username is admin. If this doesnt get you on then the only way is to reset the entire modem.
