How to load grease in it?

The model 1056S will accept the standard grease cartridge available at any parts store. I have to use a razor blade and cut off the metal pull tab end. Then push the cartridge into the cylinder from the top. The real trick is to guide the rubber seal into the cartridge; it can be done, I load mine this way. Use the little lock to hold off the long plunger, allow just enough to work with inorder to insert rubber seal into cartridge. Only after the rubber is in the cartridge, then screw on the bottom cap. Then release the long plunger rod. You noticed that the plunger rod will rotate out of the rubber seal assembly, rotate it so the rod can be pushed into the cylinder without pushing the rubber seals. The sping will push the rubber seal to ensure grease is mover to the top. Very powerful PSI, do not blow out the rubber cups around the zerk fittings. Good luck

Bosh can't undo the nut to change spool it won't turn

You may need to take it to a repair shop and use an air impact gun to break it loos. Soak it with WD40 for a few hours before you attempt to get it loose.

Air leaks when triggered and no nail

Make sure no nails in gun. With air connected listen for leaking thru nose of the gun also. If leaking thru nose slightly, air is getting past the cylinder seal oring and/or top of cyl is not seating against headvalve. Repair leak to nose of gun before trying to fix head leak. With no air leaking thru nose of gun, add plenty of white grease to orings in the head (one oring at a time) to see if leak is less and/or grease will streak behind the leaking oring. Then repair as needed. May need slightly thicker oring or sand surface where oring makes contact to remove scratches that are allowing air to pass. Also air can enter the head thru the small port in the gasket leading to the head (make sure that the gasket is sealing).

I have a barska 6.5-20 x 50 scope and it is mounted on a 243. I have killed several animals with it and the other day my mounts got loose so I tightened them up evenly and now my scope shoots low and will...

it could be that the mounts are still not in the right place on the rail it would be the eye end thats out,,,try taking the mounts off and cleaning them then re-fitting them this may help but i think
when the mounts become loos the recoial from the gun firing could have shook loos the scope inners or even bent the mounts,,,if you can try a new set of mounts first,, but i bet the scope has now gone to the happy hunting ground in the sky
a 243 has a *** of a kick on it!

Bad air flow. it doesnet seem to be spraying out of the fan correctly. In fact, i don't even get a noticable fan spray. it just sprays a round pattern no matter what i do.

Check none of the air holes int he cap are blocked. Also there is a small wheel adjuster on the left side of the gun, or perhaps even on the top which will adjust fan spray shape.

Of course you need about 30-40 PSI pressure at the gun end for it to spray properly, as well as a compressor with about 12-15cfm air flow rating to use a HVLP gun efficiently.

I have a 06 rmz 450 and it is geting hard to kick whay is that

Chances are you need to do a complete tune up. This means a new spark plug, cleaning the carb, new air filter and new piston rings. I would also re-seat the valves. Any further top end work ( replacing valves, bore cylinder and new piston ) is entirely based on what is found after tearing into the head.

Your gun is having a return problem, more than likely, the diphram on the top the of the gun leaking. You should be able to find a top end kit where you get your guns serviced/purchased

How do you safely remove jammed nail gun?

Not sure exactly what Bostitch framer model you have, but if it is powered by compressed air, as long as you remove the air hose from the nail gun, there should be no risk of the nail gun firing while you remove the jammed nail. There should be a way to access the driver area from the top of the nail gun, even via a latch or a couple screws. Remove the top part of the driver area and that should give you access to the jammed nail, which you can remove. Use long nose pliers or something similar if the nails are really stuck.

By replace I take you mean o rings? If so I would look to see if one got pinched upon reassenbly. If not let me know exactly what you replaced and I will look at a breakdown and see if I can help.
